Another festival is approaching quickly, and I've scheduled our annual "operations team" meeting for Wednesday, August 1, 6:00 p.m. At 1st Presbyterian Church.
We will discuss the upcoming week's schedule of moving church furniture, chair & stand needs, reception needs, clean-up needs, microphone and lighting challenges, etc.
Let us know if you are interested in helping in this manner, or know of someone that could help. This is a good opportunity for students looking for community service hours, too, as we are fully 501(c)3.
